I live in the house seen in the last photo. The night before the house burned I looked out my kitchen window at dusk and heard loud laughter, and saw people throwing lit missles,(maybe made of rolled up newspaper lit on fire at one end) from the roof of the apartment building just accross the alley from the house. I reported this to the property manager the next day. that evening the building burned.
