Hip City Failure: 281 Erskine
The people bringing us Brush Park Village North and The Mack @ Brush Park planted their flag on this property in 2007 and it's all been down hill since. From the rendering, it looks like they have been letting nature do all of their demo work for them.

I'm not sure if this building was really ever going to be saved. It certainly doesn't have much going for it. It is most definitely the plainest house left in the Brush Park area. And to top it off, there's hardly anything left. Even back in 2005, when I first saw it, the roof and the east wall were pretty much gone.
