Trumbull Avenue Restoration

It has recently been announced that a restoration effort for the 130 year old beauty on the left will begin this summer. Developer Alex Pereria (The Lorax House) is leading the effort to restore the house on Trumbull Avenue in the Woodbridge neighborhood.

4130 Trumbull

Recently this house at 4130 Trumbull, in the Woodbridge Historic District, was demolished by the city. Apparently, the front porch collapsed into the road striking a passing car. The city demolished the remains in November.
