Schwankovsky Temple of Music/Wright Kay Building
It has been a while since I have taken a good look at this building and was shocked to see the state it is in. Does the Apartment nightclub operate out of it anymore? Was the building been shot-up by club patrons or have a ton of random bricks been thrown through its numerous windows? The south side looks even worse. I hope that the owner does not leave the building exposed to the elements.

I should have went for the obvious answer. I have been informed that scrapers have been in the building recently. After numerous calls, they were finally caught by the police. The damage remains.
I managed to take a peek inside during some renovations.. I remember seeing stickers for the alarm company on every floor. The roof was nothing to get excited about.

I was down there today, doing a voiceover recording on the sixth floor. The building has been completely renovated, and is a thing of beauty.
It may have been faded once, but no more.. That building, and all the buildings around it are as good or better than ever. It's marvelous
