Just found my grandfathers WWI Draft Registration. He reported he was working at the Detroit Screw Works. It was 1917.
Sad to see it torn down, but grateful to see these pictures! Thank you!

Today I found my grand fathers WW 1
draft registration card and he states he also worked at Detroit Screw Works in 1917
his name Giovanni Argenta

I just found out my Great Grandfather Sam Costa worked here in 1917 according to his draft card.

This is really odd. Today I found my grandfathers draft registration. It is dated Sept 12 1918. It says he worked at Detroit Screw as operating a screw machine. I looked it up and found the comment of someone who did the same thing. Grandpas name..Chester Lewis.
