Crack-Head Tom Barrow Enabled by Jai-lee Dearing

John Bennett reports that perennial loser runner-up Tom Barrow has officially requested a recount of last weeks election results. Apparently Barrow spoke to a "2005 council candidate who did a 2005 recount...." Christine Beatty and Kwame Kilpatrick "forced him to stop" 1/3 of the way through by "intimidation of his business’s liquor license, kitchens in his bars etc."

Smells like Jai-lee Dearing if you ask me. Apparently 20,000 votes is too close to call.
